## Microphones we do not accept

The following microphones and recording devices do not meet WorkBolt’s requirements for most voice projects.

| Microphone or device | Status |
| :-------------------------------------------------- | :----------- |
| Blue Yeti and Blue Yeti Nano | Not accepted |
| HyperX QuadCast and QuadCast S | Not accepted |
| Razer Seiren Mini | Not accepted |
| FIFINE microphones | Not accepted |

This list is not exhaustive. Microphones with similar or lower recording quality may also be rejected.

Using an approved microphone does not automatically guarantee acceptance. WorkBolt reviews the submitted sample, recording environment and overall audio quality to determine whether a setup meets the requirements.

You can test out the microphone using our [Audio Quality Testing Tool.](https://workbolt.ai/dashboard/tools/audio) We will review the quality and retain the right to reject borderline cases.
