# AI Fellow

> For current college students and recent graduates — get paid to train Voice AI.

## Overview

The **AI Fellow** account is designed for current college students and recent graduates. Fellows get paid to help train cutting-edge Voice AI by contributing natural, unscripted conversations.

## Who it's for

* Current **college students** at any college or university
* **Recent graduates** who graduated within the past 2 years
* **Native English speakers** (U.S., Canada or UK-based or raised speaking English)

## What you do

As a **Voice AI Fellow**, you participate in a variety of audio and voice-based projects designed to capture high-quality, natural human speech. Depending on the project, this may include unscripted conversations, guided or topic-based discussions, scripted recordings, voice acting, narration and other specialized voice tasks.

## Pay and equipment

* **\$20/hr+** for completed conversation sessions, with weekly payouts
* Work around your academic and work schedules
* Some projects require a high-quality external microphone and a quiet recording environment
* Equipment requirements may vary by project and will be clearly listed before you apply
