# Finding Jobs

> How to browse and apply for available projects on WorkBolt.

## Browse available projects

Once you've completed onboarding and been approved, all available projects appear on your dashboard. Navigate to the **Explore** page to see jobs you're eligible for.

    Go to [workbolt.ai](https://www.workbolt.ai) and sign in to your account.

  <Step title="Open the Explore page">
    Click **Explore** in the sidebar to see all active projects. Each listing shows the job title, category, location, and pay rate.

    The **Recommended Jobs** tab only shows opportunities that the platform identifies as a potential match for your profile.

    Select the **All Jobs** tab to view every job currently available on WorkBolt. We recommend checking both tabs regularly so you do not miss relevant opportunities.

    Select a job to review its:

    * Responsibilities
    * Eligibility criteria
    * Location requirements
    * Recording and equipment requirements
    * Availability expectations
    * Application process
    * Pay rate

    Please read the complete job description before applying.

    Click **Apply** to start the application process. The application steps vary by project — see below for details.

## Application process

Most job applications are reviewed within **1 to 7 days**.

Review times may vary depending on the number of applications, current project demand and the specific profiles required by the client.

If your application remains pending for longer than seven days, your profile may not be a match for the project’s current requirements. This does not necessarily mean that your application has been permanently rejected. The team may return to it if project needs change. If you think that a mistake has been made, feel free to reach out to Support on Discord or email at [support@workbolt.ai](mailto:support@workbolt.ai)

Each project defines its own application requirements. Depending on the job, you may need to complete some or all of the following steps:

| Step                           | Description                                      |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Resume Upload**              | Upload or confirm your resume                    |
| **Reasoning Assessment**       | Complete a reasoning style assessment            |
| **Interview**                  | Schedule and complete a domain expert interview  |
| **Availability**               | Confirm your timezone and available hours        |
| **Work Authorization**         | Confirm you're legally authorized to work        |
| **Voice Recording**            | Record audio samples following provided scripts  |
| **Audio Quality & Guidelines** | Complete a video quiz on audio quality standards |
| **Video Sample**               | Submit a video recording sample                  |

You can also browse available jobs without signing in at [workbolt.ai/public-jobs](https://www.workbolt.ai/public-jobs). To apply, you'll need to create an account first.

## No projects available?

If you don't see any available projects:

* Your profile may be incomplete — make sure all fields are filled in
* There may be no current projects for your language or region — check back regularly and join your country's Discord Channel
* Some projects are only visible to specific expert types (e.g., AI Fellows)
