</Note>

## Missing or incorrect payments

Payment records may take time to update while reviews and reconciliation are completed.

If a payment or completed job appears to be missing:

1. Confirm that the work was completed before the weekly cutoff
2. Check whether the submission is still under review
3. Review your Earnings page and Dots account
4. Allow up to **one week** for reconciliation and corrections

Do not submit repeated requests during the reconciliation period.

If the issue remains unresolved after one week, email [support@workbolt.ai](mailto:support@workbolt.ai) and include:

* Your WorkBolt account email
* The job or submission name
* The date the work was completed
* The expected payment amount
* Relevant screenshots from your Jobs, Earnings or Dots pages

Providing complete information and screenshots will help the team investigate the issue more quickly.

## Rejected work

Submissions that do not meet the project requirements are not eligible for payment.

Common reasons include:

* Poor audio or video quality
* Incorrect or unapproved equipment
* Incomplete recordings
* Failure to follow project instructions
* Background noise, echo or partner audio bleed
* Work completed by someone other than the approved Expert

Repeated quality issues may affect access to current or future projects.
