Your profile is what WorkBolt uses to match you with projects. Keeping it complete and current improves your chances of being assigned work. Access your profile from the Profile link in the sidebar or the user menu in the top-right corner.Profile tabs
Resume
Upload and manage your resume. You can:- Upload a PDF resume
- Link to your LinkedIn profile
- Add portfolio URLs and other relevant links
- List skills, certifications, and awards
Languages
List every language you speak along with your proficiency level:| Level | Description |
|---|---|
| Native | Your first language, spoken since childhood |
| Fluent | Near-native proficiency, comfortable in all contexts |
| Conversational | Can hold conversations but may lack technical vocabulary |
Native speakers are prioritized for voice recording projects. Be honest about your proficiency — it directly affects your work quality and project eligibility.
Availability
Configure your working schedule:- Timezone — set your local timezone
- Availability start — when you can begin taking on work
- Weekly hours — how many hours per week you can commit
- Day-by-day schedule — specific days and working hours
Your availability settings help the platform match you with projects that fit your schedule. Update this whenever your availability changes.
Communications
Choose how you’d like to receive notifications:- SMS updates
- WhatsApp messages
Opportunities
Set preferences for the types of work you’re interested in, helping the platform surface the most relevant projects.Account
Manage your core account details including your name, email address, and personal information.My Jobs
Track all your work from the My Jobs section in the sidebar. Jobs are organized by status:| Status | Description |

| Reviewing | Submitted work that’s being quality-reviewed |

| Rejected | Work that didn’t meet quality standards |
