How reviews work
Every submission on WorkBolt goes through a quality review before payment is processed. This ensures that all data meets the standards required for AI training.Submission received
After you submit your work, your job status changes to Reviewing. You’ll see it in the Reviewing column of your My Jobs dashboard.
Quality evaluation
A reviewer evaluates your submission against the project’s quality standards, scoring six key metrics.
Reviews typically take 1–3 business days to complete. You don’t need to do anything while your submission is being reviewed.
Quality metrics
Each submission is scored across six dimensions:| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Accuracy | How closely your submission follows the script or instructions |
| Completeness | Whether all required elements and recordings are included |
| Consistency | Uniform pace, volume, and style throughout your submission |
| Background Noise | Amount of ambient noise present in your recordings |
| Voice Clarity | How clear and intelligible your speech is |
| Microphone Quality | Technical quality of your recording equipment and audio output |
