How to start
Go to Certifications
Navigate to the Certifications page from your dashboard sidebar. You’ll see all certifications assigned to you as cards.
Select a certification
Click on a certification card to open it. Each card shows the title, status, number of attempts, and expiration date (if applicable).
Review the instructions
The first screen shows Overall Guidelines — the general rules for the certification — and a list of all sections you’ll need to complete. Read these carefully before proceeding.
Complete all sections
Click Continue to Quiz (or Start Review for non-quiz certifications) to begin working through each section.
Section types you’ll encounter
Information blocks
These present guidelines, rules, or context you need to understand. Read the content carefully, then click Confirm to acknowledge you’ve reviewed it.Video sections
Some certifications include training videos. Watch the full video, then click Confirm to proceed.Instruction blocks
Lists of key points or rules presented as bullet points. Review each point and click Confirm when done.Quiz questions
Text-based questions about the project’s rules. Type your answer in the input field. Your answers are scored after submission.Audio transcription questions
Listen to an audio clip and type exactly what you hear. Pay attention to capitalization, punctuation, and formatting — accuracy matters.Viewing your results
After submitting a quiz-based certification, you’ll see a results screen showing:- Overall score — your percentage score
- Pass threshold — the minimum score required to pass
- Pass/Fail status — whether you met the threshold
- Attempt number — which attempt this was
- Question-by-question breakdown — each question with your answer, the correct answer (if wrong), and any reviewer notes
If you pass, you’ll see a Go to Job button that takes you directly to the job the certification unlocked.
If you don’t pass
If your score falls below the pass threshold:- Review the results screen to see which questions you got wrong
- Read the correct answers and any notes provided
- Go back to the instructions to review the material
- Retake the certification when you’re ready
There is no limit on the number of attempts. The number of attempts you’ve made is tracked and displayed on your certification card.
