Payment provider

WorkBolt uses Dots to process all payments. Dots is a secure payment platform that handles identity verification and fund transfers, supporting payouts in 190+ countries via bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo, and more. You’ll set up your Dots account as part of the final onboarding step after your application is approved.

Setting up payments

Complete onboarding

After your WorkBolt application is approved, you’ll be taken to the Final Setup flow.

Identity & Payment Setup

During final setup, you’ll go through the Dots verification process. This includes identity verification and connecting your preferred payout method.

Confirmation

Once your Dots account is set up, your profile is marked as payment-ready and you can start working on projects.
You must complete the Dots identity and payment setup before you can access the full dashboard or start working on projects.

Managing your payment account

You can manage your Dots account at any time from the Earnings page:
  1. Go to Earnings in the sidebar
  2. Click Manage Account to update your payment details, payout methods, or identity information
  3. A secure Dots panel will open where you can make changes

Withdrawing funds

To withdraw your earnings:
  1. Go to Earnings in the sidebar
  2. Click Withdraw
  3. Follow the prompts in the Dots withdrawal flow to transfer funds to your bank account or other payout method
Your Withdrawable Balance is shown at the top of the Earnings page. This is the amount currently available for withdrawal.

Tracking your earnings

The Earnings page shows three key stats:

You can also view a full list of all your payouts, sorted by date or amount, and click into any payout to view the associated job details.
