Your profile

Your profile is what WorkBolt uses to match you with projects. A complete, accurate profile increases your chances of being assigned to work. You can access your profile from the sidebar by clicking Profile, or from the user menu in the top-right corner.

Profile sections

Your profile is organized into the following tabs:

Resume

Upload and manage your resume. This helps the team understand your background and qualifications. You can upload a PDF or link to an existing resume online.

Languages

List every language you speak along with your proficiency level:
LevelDescription
NativeYour first language, spoken since childhood
FluentNear-native proficiency, comfortable in all contexts
ConversationalCan hold conversations but may lack technical vocabulary
Native speakers are prioritized for voice recording projects. Be honest about your proficiency — it directly affects the quality of your work and your eligibility for specific projects.

Availability

Set your working schedule including:
  • Timezone — your local timezone for scheduling
  • Availability start — when you’re able to begin working
  • Hours per week — how many hours you can commit
  • Day-by-day schedule — specific days and hours you’re available
Updating your availability doesn’t commit you to those hours. It helps the platform estimate capacity and match you with projects that fit your schedule.

Communications

Configure how you’d like to be contacted:
  • SMS notifications
  • WhatsApp notifications

Opportunities

Set your preferences for the types of opportunities you’re interested in.

Account

Manage your core account settings including your name, email, and personal details.
