When you sign up, WorkBolt asks you to choose the option that best describes you. Your account type determines which projects and programs you can access.

General Expert

Get paid to train AI through public jobs — open to anyone who qualifies.

AI Fellow

For current college students and recent graduates (must have graduated within the past 2 years — otherwise sign up as a General Expert).

The General Expert path is open to anyone who qualifies. You browse and apply to public jobs, complete recording tasks, and get paid for approved work.
  • Who it’s for: Anyone who meets the eligibility and quality requirements
  • What you do: Apply to public jobs and complete recording tasks
  • Getting started: Sign up, complete onboarding, and start finding jobs

AI Fellow

The AI Fellow path is designed for current college students and recent graduates. Fellows get paid to help train cutting-edge Voice AI through natural conversation sessions.
  • Who it’s for: Current college students and recent graduates (graduated within the past 2 years)
  • What you do: Participate in unscripted, topic-based conversation sessions
  • Getting started: Review eligibility and apply through the AI Fellowship program
If you graduated more than 2 years ago, sign up as a General Expert instead.
