- You must meet all eligibility requirements to use the platform
- You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration
Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You may only have one WorkBolt account
- Account sharing or unauthorized access is prohibited
Independent Contractor Relationship
- Contributors work as independent contractors, not employees
- You are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations
- WorkBolt does not provide employment benefits
Platform Services
- WorkBolt connects contributors with voice AI training and data collection projects
- Project availability depends on client demand, your language, and your skills
User Obligations and Conduct
- Follow all project guidelines and instructions
- Maintain professional conduct in all communications
- Do not engage in prohibited activities (see below)

Prohibited Activities
- Submitting fraudulent, plagiarized, or AI-generated work (unless the project allows it)
- Creating multiple accounts or gaming the platform
- Sharing confidential project data or materials
- Outsourcing your tasks to others
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Intellectual Property Rights
- All work submitted through WorkBolt becomes the property of the commissioning client
- You may not share, distribute, or reuse project materials outside the platform
- Your submissions must be original and not infringe on third-party rights
Payment Terms
- Payment is issued only for work that passes quality review
- Rates are set per project and displayed before you accept
- Payments are processed through Dots on a weekly basis

Quality Control and Work Review
- All submissions are subject to quality review
- Work that doesn’t meet standards may be rejected without payment

Privacy and Data Protection
- WorkBolt collects and processes personal and voice data as described in the Privacy Policy
- Includes specific provisions for voice recording and audio data
Confidentiality
- Project details, scripts, and guidelines are confidential
- You may not discuss project content publicly or with anyone outside the project
- This obligation continues after your participation ends
Termination
WorkBolt may suspend or terminate your account for:- Violating these terms or the Code of Conduct
- Submitting fraudulent or consistently low-quality work
- Sharing confidential project information
If your account is terminated, any approved but unpaid earnings will still be paid out according to the standard payment schedule.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes are subject to arbitration as outlined in the full terms
- Governing law and jurisdiction are specified in the full agreement
