Data Collection

Record spoken audio following specific scripts and prompts. These projects are used to collect diverse speech samples that train voice AI models to be more accurate and natural-sounding.

Speech Annotation

Label, transcribe, and categorize audio or text data. Annotation projects help improve the accuracy of speech-to-text and natural language understanding systems.

What you'll do

  • Transcribe audio clips into text
  • Verify and correct automated transcriptions
  • Label sentiment, speaker identity, and intent

Audio Evaluation

Review and evaluate the quality of AI-generated or human-recorded audio. Evaluation projects ensure that AI outputs meet quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Rate AI-generated speech quality
  • Compare audio samples
  • Validate recordings against scripts
  • Provide quality feedback

Audio Script Recording

Read provided scripts aloud and submit recordings.

Multi-Participant Conversation

Join a live conversation session with another participant on a provided topic.

Video Conversation

Same as conversation collection, but with video enabled.

Conversation with AI Agent

Have a real-time conversation with an AI agent.

Audio Transcription

Listen to audio clips and transcribe them accurately.
Some projects are recurring (you can complete multiple sessions over time), while others are one-time assignments with a fixed number of slots.

Certifications

Some projects require you to pass a certification quiz before you can start working. Certifications test your understanding of project guidelines, audio quality standards, and specific task requirements. You can view and manage your certifications from the Certifications page in your dashboard.
